Our services are intended for users located in Ukraine and are governed by the laws of Ukraine, specifically the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and that you have the authority to bind any entity you represent to these terms.

2. User Accounts

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You agree to notify arvolith.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. arvolith.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or their contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; or any derivative use of the services or their contents.

Any unauthorized use of the services or their contents will terminate the permission or license granted by Arvolit. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise contribute content to the services. By submitting any content, you grant arvolith.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. arvolith.com takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content submitted by you or any third party.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.

7. Payment Terms

In no event shall arvolith.com’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Arvolit. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. arvolith.com may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the services, arvolith.com, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
